I used Carmel Limo for an airport ride, i’m annoyed. The car was clean and the driver was fine, so I’ll give them that, but the price was way too high for such a basic experience. For what they charged me, I expected something that actually felt worth it. It wasn’t terrible, but Carmel Limo needs to stop acting like this kind of average service deserves premium pricing

The bill was close to what I expected, but when I looked at it again later, I noticed a small extra charge tucked in that I had missed at first. Still, I wish the final price had been a bit clearer upfront so I didn’t have to zoom in on the details afterward

I’ve used other services where you think you’re paying one amount and then suddenly there’s some random extra charge at checkout, so I was kind of bracing for that, but it didn’t happen here, and that made the whole booking feel a lot less annoying and way more comfortable for me.
I did still have to read through the details a bit to figure out things like waiting time and what counted as extra, but overall it was a good experience, not totally perfect, just straightforward enough that I’d feel okay using them again...

I booked an airport pickup with Carmel, and the coordination was really messy. My flight landed on time, but I didn’t get clear directions on where I was supposed to meet the driver, and the texts and calls just made it more confusing. I booked an airport ride through carmellimo.com and overall it was a good experience. The driver was calm, didnt speed, and the car was clean and felt safe. The seat belts worked fine too, and he checked the route before we pulled out.
The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because he showed up about 10 minutes late. Still, once we were on the road, I felt comfortable and safe the whole way...
